Roasting coffee yourself - How does the workshop work?

When you arrive at the location you will be warmly welcomed.
At the start you are given green coffee beans and a pot to roast coffee
You also get your own seat at a large table.

Now we will roast deliciously aromatic coffee together in a simple cooking pot.
To do this, we put the green coffee beans in the roasting pot.
You will receive professional instructions for roasting coffee from Angelo. Get to know at what temperature the coffee is roasted and see how the two different coffee beans have their own characteristics.

Slowly you will experience the green beans turning into brown beans.
At some time during the workshop the coffee bean will crack and smell wonderful.

After all of that the freshly roasted coffee beans need to cool down briefly
We will grind the coffee in an electric grinder in order for you to have the chance to straightaway sip your own coffee.
On top you will be given a stand up pouch for you to take your coffee home and share your tastung experiences with family and friends.
At the end of the coffee seminar you can roast coffee yourself for a lifetime.
