Relax with a yoga class in a beautiful and peaceful setting on Manly Beach. Discover beautiful nature and quiet serenity as your instructor guides you through a reinvigorating flow.After meeting your instructor, enjoy a relaxed vinyasa flow class, moving between postures using your breath. Feel relaxed and refreshed during a class that offers a slower-paced flow suitable for all experience levels, from beginners to pro yogis.
Expect to get sandy, and do not take yourself too seriously when doing yoga on an uneven surface. It's about having fun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
At the end of class, you'll be in a good location to explore Manly, swim, snorkel, or take a walk by the coastline.
