Everyone wants to make it in the capital Berlin. Young artists dream of sold-out houses, gigantic stages and glaring flashlights. Whether traditional art on a canvas, singing or dancing – there is a place for everyone in Berlin. Of course also in the comedy scene! That's why we at the Quatsch Comedy Club have made it our mission to promote comedy newcomers in Berlin and give them the chance to prove themselves in front of an audience.

At the "Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot," comedy newcomers from Berlin and the surrounding area are discovered and promoted, a topic that is very important to us and especially to our founder Thomas Hermanns. You as the audience can discover new comedians here and you might even meet your new favourite comedian! The comedians have 6 minutes to convince you, the audience, that they are the best one of the night and are worthy of the golden ticket, which secures them a spot at the Live Shows. There is no traditional jury like in every talent show: you are the jury!

The comedy newcomers from Berlin should prepare well: They have to put together their best gags and prove themselves to everyone else. Who will stand out from the crowd?
